Permitting & Environmental Management
We help clients to conduct environmental and social permitting studies (ESIA) by considering local legislative and International Financial Institutions (IFIs) requirements. The services include Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, Strategic Environmental Assessment, Environmental and Social Management Systems, Resettlement Action Planning.
Environmental Audit
The main objective is to help Malawi Environment Protection Authority (MEPA) determine if proponents of projects or establishments are complying with the environmental legislation and requirements in place. MEPA is mandated to manage environmental audits and all audits carried out are submitted to the agency for review. At ESRC, we have MEPA authorized experts with vast experience in carrying out environmental audits.
