Capacity Building and Training

ESRC’s provides Capacity Building and Training in environmental and social management as well as Occupational Safety and Health to people, communities and organizations. This aspect enables various clients to strengthen their capabilities to develop, implement and maintain effective environmental and social safeguards. The service also provides guidance and support on preventing and responding to environmental pollution, occupational accidents, conflicts and other types of risks associated with development projects. ESRC develops, implements and evaluates training materials and courses to help investors; government ministries, departments and agencies; non-governmental organizations; local communities; construction companies and their workforce strengthen their technical capacity in environmental and social management
